All orders will be shipped Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders that have been received by 4pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders received after 4pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Return policy:
All requests for returns and refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. If the request is received on or before the 30th day and the item was postmarked within three (3) days of the request, you will be eligible for a full refund. We will cover all return shipping costs on orders within the United States. For international orders, we are not responsible for any return shipping charges, be it tariff, custom, or other related charges.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)
For all international returns, please contact Shun Henry at contact@swincllc.com within the stated 30-day return period. She will provide all instructions for returning your product.
For international orders, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returning your item, unless otherwise specified. The original shipping costs and non-refundable, and the refund given will be for the product cost only.
Once we have received your returned item, we will process the refund within one week and your funds should appear within two weeks of the processing. We recommend adding tracking and/or insurance to your return shipment, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For all international orders, our shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, custom, or other fees and taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.
