Shun Henry is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, real estate investor, landlord, 21-year retired army veteran, and author of When The Bank Says No! AirBnB Hosting Without Owning the Property.

Shun Henry retired with 21 years of service with the US Army and Georgia Army National Guard. She ended her career as the Georgia State Food Program Manager for the Georgia Army National Guard where her responsibilities included the management of over 260 soldiers and 56 dining facilities. Her mission was to create a sustainable force by creating a standard operating procedure that would dictate the processes in how the kitchens were run. Her efforts saved the government millions of dollars in equipment, perishable items, and soldier retention.

Having to represent the state of Georgia in rooms hosted by The National Guard Bureau, FEMA, other organizations, and as Chairman Georgia Army National Guard’s Annual Food Program Management Board Meeting has equipped Shun with the wherewithal to speak, assist, and train others to manage staff, property, financial portfolios, and equipment. It has also given her the courage to embark on her latest endeavor as founder of I AM Youth Development Center in Marietta, GA.

Shun is a leader called upon by leaders to speak, encourage, and develop tomorrow’s visionaries. Engaging, motivating, and inspiring, she commands the room, drawing all attention to her as she takes away doubt and encourages her audience to go out and be their best selves through actionable tasks.

Shun Henry fell in love with entrepreneurship at the young age of 13 years old. Being of service to others has brought satisfaction to her as an employee and employer.
